Registration for international participates has been closed, due to time-limited visa application issue.

Payment is expected within 15 days after online registration. You will receive your invoice with the conference documents during on-site registration at the venue. The registration fee can be paid online with PayPaL, by bank transfer, or during on-site registration at the conference.
Online payment via PayPal can be completed during conference registration, please indicate “ICANS2023 + your name" for your payment.

On-site registration via cash or credit card：
You can pay with cash or credit card on-site from October 29-November 3, 2023. Please note that we only accept cash in Chinese RMB.
In the case of a cancellation, notification needs to be sent to the conference email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive any eligible refund.
Cancellations before September 1, 2023 will be refunded 90% of the registration fee.
Cancellations after September 1, 2023 will not be eligible for any refund.
Refunds will be processed with a bank transfer made to the payee’s bank account and all transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
