ICANS XXIV sponsorship guidelines

The 24th meeting of the International Collaboration on Advanced Neutron Sources (ICANS XXIV) will be held on 29th October to 3rd November 2023 in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. ICANS is an informal network of laboratories whose scientists and engineers are involved in developing pulsed neutron sources and accelerator based spallation neutron sources. 

The ICANS Exhibition is a significant part of the event. To secure a successful meeting, we have developed the sponsorship opportunities for your organization to receive maximum exposure of your high-quality products and services. Sponsorship packages have been designed to suit different budgets.

Note：
Early confirmation of your sponsorship will ensure an even higher level of exposure.
Please make the bank transfer two weeks prior to the meeting.
An exhibitor booth is expected to be 1 m*1m*0.5m.
Any promotional materials should be prepared by the sponsors.
